4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

5 Bonuses & Promotions

  • A 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not combined with the deposit).
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, IP address, or device.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real money only after the specified conditions have been met.
  • bg388 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • Bonuses will be cancelled if misuse or fraud is suspected.
  • Weekly cashback is available across four tiers under the VIP Programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed while playing on bg388:

  • All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
  • If a technical fault occurs in any game, bg388 reserves the right to void that game. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the last recorded data on the server will be treated as the final result.
  • For sports betting, if the date or venue of an event changes after a bet has been placed, bg388's decision is final.
  • bg388 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error on a sporting event.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's announcement is final; game logs will be reviewed in the event of a technical issue.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bg388. Detection of any of these may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:
